Most of the people today are having trouble in sleeping. They tend to do everything just to fall asleep like listening to music, counting sheep (well, if people still do), and many more habits. But have you ever asked your self why are you having a hard time catching some Z's?

1. Cold feet

Maybe having cold feet is causing you not to fall asleep. Just wear your comfy socks or heating pads to keep your feet warm and cozy. 

2. Early dinner

You should eat your eat your dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep for the food to be digested properly. Digestion might be the reason why you are awake.

3. Coffee

You should in take coffee 4 hours before you go to sleep. The coffee has caffeine that fortifies and freshens your body that is why try to avoid it. 

4. Books

Try to avoid reading books before you sleep. Especially to those who are hooked into what they are reading. It will keep you up all night to see what's gonna hapoen next. You should read one hour before going to sleep.
