Water good for our health. It is an essential where it helps us hydrated always. Experts say that we should drink water 8 glasses a day whereas it brings good health to us. But little did we know that too much water in take can harm our bodies.
Experts state if you drink an ice cold water while drinking can harm your body. This is because it constricts blood vessels that can cause food not to be digested. That is why bare in mind that you should just drink room temperature water or lukewarm water while you're eating.
Another dilemma is that to much water intake can cause us to feel bloated. Whereas the water drowns the food in our stomach.
Water's main purpose is to help in pushing down the food in out digestive tract, that is why it is suggested that you only take small amount of water or sips while you eat. If you intake vast amount of water, you will eventually feel bloated.
