Why these two ingredients in particular?
For one, cucumbers are filled with antioxidants like vitamin C and K which are beneficial to skin health. Cucumbers also contain silica which fights wrinkles and encourages connective tissue growth.
Egg whites contain skin tightening properties and also help shrink the pores on the face.
- First, cut cucumber in two halves, peel off skin in one-half
- Slice the peeled cucumber into smaller 1-inch pieces
- Place pieces into a blender and blend into a puree for 2 minutes on medium speed
- Place a strainer over a bowl and put the pulp into it.
- Allow the juice to drain into the bowl. (Press down with spoon to extract more juice)
- Mix together with 1 egg white
All you need to do now is apply this mixture onto the saggy areas on your skin. Leave the skin pack for 15 minutes before washing off with cold water.
