a. Using your mouth, inhale deeply.
b. Fill your mouth with air.
c. Close your mouth as fast as possible.
d. Move the air from one cheek to another like you're swishing mouthwash.

3. Fish Face
This exercise is so easy that most people are actually doing it without even realizing it. Here are the steps:
a. Suck in your cheeks while pursing your lips together.
b. Hold the pose as you try your best to smile.
c. Maintain that pose for around 5 seconds.
Continue doing this exercise for 10 times to help in toning your cheek muscles and to reduce your facial fat.
4. Chin Lifts

a. Look upwards and maintain that position with your head facing the ceiling.
b. Pull your lips together tightly.
c. Maintain the position for 10 seconds.
d. Relax and repeat the exercise for 10 times.
No other facial muscles should be used in this exercise, only your lips.
